Our goal is to provide high-quality, professional service to all of our clients. If, after 30 days or at the discretion of the resume service, you have failed to complete your information submission; have not approved your draft; or have not paid the balance of your account; you owe us nothing more. The deposit is not refundable. The deposit, and a $75 admin fee on the full payment option, are not refundable. Once we have received your order our editors begin preparing your documents. If you have refused to cooperate with the editor or after receiving a second revision for the document, we assume the document and services are conformable, there are no refunds. Refunds are processed within 30 days. Unless prior arrangements have been made on your account, we reserve the right to close your account and are no longer obligated to complete the resume package process. There are no refunds on accounts that are non-responsive for 30 days. There are no refunds after the draft has been produced and no response has been received for 10 days. A $50 fee will be charged for re-opening accounts closed.

We do not refund Gift Certificates. We are not responsible for the recipient not responding. Please note: the interview form must be submitted within 30 days.

We do not guarantee that your resume will be processed within a specific timeframe. While we strive to accommodate all of our clients as quickly as possible, if we are under a heavy workload, we try not to put added pressure on our staff. We have set standards for our writers to meet these goals. It will typically take 3 to 7 days to complete a draft unless you have subscribed to a Rush. It could take slightly longer depending on how many orders are ahead of you.
